I have been coming here for well over a year and have never once left disappointed. Alexus always gets it done to perfection!
I usually trim my beard myself but figured I would get it done since my son was already scheduled for a haircut. This was our first time using this place. Son was satisfied with haircut. My beard trim was a different story. Most jacked up beard trim I have ever had. Upper and lower lip was trimmed around to resemble the rear of a cat. Most painful neck “cleanup” ever. Worst case of razor burn I have ever had (I shave my head and neck with an old school safety razor btw). Got home and corrected beard the best I could.
The lady here dose not k ow what she is doing! Friendly staff, but not knowledgeable. After she realized she messed me all up, she charged me 15.00 instead of full payment. I should not have been charged. But The Gentleman's barber in Chattanooga fixed it, and did an amazing job! Save you money and go to Chattanooga!
The barber specialist atlayna did a spectacular job and my hair. I recommend her 2 anybody, she is awesome. Please go and see her.She will do a great job for you
