I ordered an all metal replacement shaver head for my Phillips beard trimmer. Unfortunately, the product that they sent me was mostly plastic and not anything like what was portrayed in the photo on their website. I brought this issue to their customer service and the response that was returned to me essentially called me a liar. I found it very annoying and unfortunate, but now know to never use them again and couldn’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone else.

Good company to do business with. I ordered a travel shaver, it was shipped immediately and arrived sooner than expected. Good price and I was able to avoid Amazon.

I ordered a shaver head for my electric razor and received the wrong item. When I called the response was that I did not specify the right model - I ordered the series on the web site. I was then told that if I returned my item with me paying for the postage I would get my refund when received. This was three months ago. So I am out the costly mailing and the cost of the razor head. I would never consider using them again.

I have an older Braun shaver that had gotten very loud. The folks Shaver Outlet said it most likely needed a new drive unit. Sent it to them & they replaced the unit & returned my shaver very quickly. It's like a new shaver for far less than the price of a new one!!!!!
