Time to get serious here....i could say I loved or like it,like others but then that wouldn't be all true. Don't get me wrong the food there was awesome but the service was bad. Well that's what I think...we waited over an hour for our food..never came.Someone at our table had to go check on it..never got made. Why idk.it was busy but everyone else came,ate,and left.No comp.! No discount just a sorry...bad bad customer service.
The second best thing about being in the Sierras is eating at Shaver Lake Pizza! You guys are absolutely a joy to visit and your pizza is superb! This is coming from a New York transplant! We are on our way up tomorrow see you soon!���
For the price, we were expecting good pizza. Ours was over cooked and didn't have much sauce. We have been talking about trying this for years, Very disappointing.
We were on our way home, and stopped by Shave Lake Pizza!! We were actually at Grubs, but we loved the patio, because we had a sweet Zoie dog with us. A little bit of the wait, for food, but worth it. They even had a dog water dish for Zoie! Great natural surroundings, and cool temperatures, had others, putting on jackets!! Would never happen, in the valley, until January!!

This place is great. It's busy during the summer months at dinner time. So be ready to wait for about an hour. Or just call in your order ahead of time. We always forget to do this and end up waiting. Good times.
