Professional Atmosphere Everyone we dealt with from the sales person to the finance guy were great. I was short on time and they made sure I was in and out without a lot of wasted wait time. The dealership was very clean and the atmosphere was professional.

Extremely courteous My experience while buying a vehicle from this dealership was a pleasant one. The entire staff was extremely courteous, as well as understanding. They helped me find the right vehicle for my budget, and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new car. I would definitely come back to this dealership in the future, and I will also be telling my family, who is also currently car shopping, to come to this dealership!
Smooth Buying a car is never fun, but buying at Rocky's was at least smooth. I had a very low budget, but their stated pricing meant I was as valuable as any other customer. Once I had decided on a vehicle, the entire buying process took about an hour.
These people are brilliant! I have purchased/leased my last 4 vehicles from Shaver. Upon turning in my lease vehicle recently, Ben (the person in charge of this) treated me brilliantly. He actually found a better way to effect the transaction and thereby saved me thousand of dollars. And then to top it off, had me driven home some 25 miles over the Santa Monica Mountains.
