Overall very polite. However, after having the vehicle and dealing with many insurance companies that will not insure us. Also found out that the vehicle was reported a complete loss and I was unaware. If purchasing a car please get a car fax report. Even though the cars are over priced it does help the ones who are in a bind. There is also gps monitoring and a kill switch installed on the vehicle. If you can’t make a payment the vehicle will not start.
At first everything seemed great, but as soon as you make your purchase and drive off the lot things begin to go wrong with the vehicle. They say they will do repairs as long as you're paying on your vehicle but what they don't tell you is they're not helpful whatsoever in getting repairs done. As far as they're concerned, once you purchase a vehicle and leave the lot, it's your problem right away.
