We purchased a car in May and have had major trouble with the jeep since the second day owning it. We purchased a 30 day warranty but wasn't able to use it because it was deemed a preexisting issue. The whole experience felt weird and we should have walked away but trusted them anyways. That was our mistake. These reviews clearly show they do this often. Great experience, salesman was awesome walked us through the entire process and was very engaging. He definately made the sale by being informative and providing as much info as possible on the vehicle we intended to purchase
I was off of Gandy and I went down to she how much this car was I walked up to the man that was working there and he must not have spoke very good English you just walked away from me and went into the office and didn't they serve me at all I have a car now thank you very much

Offered me an amazing price & an extended warranty that will give me peace of mind for years to come. DeWayne & John were a pleasure doing business with from the minute I walked in, to the minute I drove out :)
