Nothing but problems with my realtor and the managing broker at this location. This agency made it hard to get out of the contract with them. There was a lot of back and forth. Luckily I found a great realtor after getting out of my contract with this agency. My new agent sold and found me a home a few weeks later.
Lies and won’t let me see the house without signing a contract even though I’m not using her

I just moved to the United States and am applying for my legal citizenship. My wife and I were looking for a house and we were referred to Marnie Beilin. We called Marnie and met with her, she wasn't very pleasant from the very beginning. However, we continued the meeting. She asked me what country I was from and I told her. This agent is nothing but trouble. Fortunately, I didn't go much farther than a listing agreement before I realized how unethical and untrustworthy she is. Further, she asked her contractor come to the home I was selling and this individual stole from me. It was because I noticed something missing that I called him out on it. He returned the items but then took it upon himself to disassemble a piece of equipment in the house, taking total advantage of me not being nearby. DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I relocated her over a year ago and the relocation company recommended Baird & Warner for a lease and eventual purchase of a home. The branch manager Bill Gill and property management team of Edwin Hojnacki and Frank Passaro are dishonest and unprofessional. Forged the closeout documents and lied about what we accepted. This office cost me $$$$ between the town home lease and purchase. Bill told me to get an attorney and they would not interrupt the lease for me! REALLY!?!?! I will never recom... read more
