Before I ever met this physician, their billing dept called me to say that the billing PCT code for a "wellness" exam was used by my OBGYN (3 weeks ago) and that my insurance will not pay for a physical because its a duplicate code. I called my insurance provider and conference called Dr. Gradys office staff-took an hour to explain that a Physical is not the same as a OBGYN visit. Shauna O’Grady couldn’t be bothered with simple requests, as a new patient. Lab test that were supposed to be called in weren’t. She will not accommodate virtual visits either. Didn’t even feel like she cared and I wasted my time.
Dr. Grady is an amazing doctor. She runs on time, is kind, and knowledgeable. Her staff is friendly.
