Shauna O’Grady couldn’t be bothered with simple requests, as a new patient. Lab test that were supposed to be called in weren’t. She will not accommodate virtual visits either. Didn’t even feel like she cared and I wasted my time.
Dr. Grady is an amazing doctor. She runs on time, is kind, and knowledgeable. Her staff is friendly.
Wonderful doctor, great bedside manner, listens to me does not treat me like a number.
