I have never been treated by an osteo as pleasant and concerned about her patient's well-being as Shauna. She not only provides treatment and recommends the exercises you need to get better, she demonstrates them! Shauna is the best!
Shauna is truly the best of the best! Started to go see her postpartum with my first baby to address some back and hip pain. She takes time to explain things and genuinely cares about helping others! Such a positive experience and her studio is so beautiful! It is the ultimate self-care a mother can give herself and you are in no better hands than with Shauna.
I've had Shauna as a treating practitioner for several over-use and chronic injuries over the years and each and every session has brought relief and pain reduction. In addition, the assigned exercises (whether for stretching or strengthening) have done the trick - reduced pain, greater flexibility and range of motion and increased strength. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shauna to anyone who is looking for an extremely capable practitioner who will assist them in dealing with their physical issues/limitations.
