New to the area and read nothing but positive things about this practice. Was excited when I noticed online they are accepting new patients. Called to book an appointment and was told they are only accepting new patients if they are referred by someone who is already a patient. Not sure why they would tell me that, kind of makes me even a little more disappointed knowing that if I just knew someone that was a patient then I could get in. Oh well, the search continues.

They made me an appointment for a cleaning and when I showed up they told me I wasn't scheduled. Then the woman told me that they never scheduled during that time and that they aren't accepting new patients. I thought this was very strange since a woman who sounded very much like her made the appointment with me on the phone. So they did make me another appointment and I told them at the further to be late morning or afternoon so they gave me an 11 a.m. Then what sounded like the same woman called me and said I need to chang... read more
