Shauna Bumford is simply the best, better than all the rest. I know that sounds trite like it almost could be a Tina Turner song, but it's the truth. Shauna takes time with her patients, she actually listens. She is an intelligent and highly knowledgeable medical professional that is caring and thoughtful. She takes the patient's concerns to heart in making her recommendations and communicates effectively with her team for the best patient outcomes. And that's a fact, JACK!
Very disappointing when you think you've found a medical professional that checked all of the boxes. Sadly, (but wonderful for him) our PCP retired and we were patient dumped with the remaining providers there. Make sure you confirm EVERYTHING prior to leaving and take it one step further and record your office visit. If it wasn't for the fact that we are established patients of 30+ years, we would be out of there already. Sad times for patients in this country.
