She is very good at responding to emails and conversing with the family. She provided us with referrals and a prescription for medicine. For my son’s treatment for his medical issues, I felt treatment was reactive more than proactive. My friends and I had to research and generate many of the solutions or options, and then present them. We have been under a lot of stress so it was tough having to initiate much decision making on the course of treatment.

Won’t ever take my kids here took my son to be looked they only did a strep test and then gave my son antibiotics when that only cause rashes and she neglected to do a blood test had to take my son back to another urgent care come to find out my son had mono yeah you put my sons life at risk what if my son was playing and his spleen ruptured this is malpractice if you don’t want to do your job correctly and not put a child’s life in danger cause you don’t want to do blood work or whatever my attorney will be in contact with ... read more

Dr Baker squeezed us in for a sick visit and I absolutely loved her. I am switching all 3 of my kids to her as their PCP. She explained things so well and was so friendly! 100/10

This was our first visit with Dr. Shauna Baker at the Iowa Clinic, and we are very satisfied with her expertise in pediatrics. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable, quickly building a rapport with both the caregiver and the child. We highly recommend her, especially because she takes the time to listen to both the parents' and the child's concerns. Dr. Baker is truly one of a kind.
