Shaun did an excellent job start to finish. We viewed a few tracts of land when it was nearly freezing out. He got to the land early and had his SxS warming up with heater so the tour of land was more comfortable. Additionally he worked diligently with my lender to ensure all the paper work was aligned before closing date. If I had the need to buy more land, I would use him again!
