I've been living here for 9 years. I love this area and would stay here if I could, but there are just too many external factors making my living situation inhabitable. I've been fortunate enough not to have had to deal with cockroaches during my time here, but I know they are prevalent, as I've seen them outside my unit on multiple occasions. I wouldn’t even give one star but the google made me to do it there is no parking spot no management if have a problem in your apartment no one is responsible and no one cares about you it’s the worst building ever.
I’ve had a great experience with Ashish’s Home Management Department. They’re reliable, quick to respond, and always handle repairs and maintenance efficiently. Definitely appreciate their commitment to keeping things in order
Community is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. they genuinely care about the residents. They are consistently responsive to inquiries and maintenance requests. Only problem is the some roach infestation during the time of summer even after the continuous treatment.
Elevator headache. =(
