HORRIBLE HEATING SYSTEM. AVOID!!!!! Across all older homestead buildings are a horrible heating system. In winter from Dec to March unit gets so cold it's unbearable especially at night. They only keep min 21 degrees and that's it. They will never raise it more than that. But it's FREEZING feet is always feeling cold. They only care about saving costs and not about your health. This is unacceptable and unfair. Canada is a cold country we deserve a basic need for heating!!!!! I tried using my own heater but it raised my hydro... read more
175 Shaughnessy Blvd,This building is very bad,very noisy,the management is not good. This building is like a zoo,we don’t have peace here. We complained many times about barking of the dogs.And no one following up, No one answers. They are barking too much during midnight,early morning,any time. There are more dogs than people in this building.
I've been living here for 9 years. I love this area and would stay here if I could, but there are just too many external factors making my living situation inhabitable. I've been fortunate enough not to have had to deal with cockroaches during my time here, but I know they are prevalent, as I've seen them outside my unit on multiple occasions. My floor neighbours have been great, but my upstairs neighbours have shown no regard for me or my unit. Because of them, my bathroom ceiling has been leaking intermittently for two yea... read more

I wouldn’t even give one star but the google made me to do it there is no parking spot no management if have a problem in your apartment no one is responsible and no one cares about you it’s the worst building ever.
