Elevator headache. =(
Building polluted with cockroaches in 2024! We never have that issue before. Management do not spray every unit to get raid of bugs, only units that complain. New tenants moving in and more bugs coming. Head office need to adress this issue ASAP!
Worst management and extremely disorganized. Property managers do nothing for your issues from bugs in your apartment (roaches everywhere) to no buzzer code for entry. No solutions ever.
Worst management I have ever dealt with. The building itself is very clean, but is very cold in Winter. No transit by building. I just want to add an update to my review; -- HEAT has been way better for the second winter ❄️ in a row, but still NOT PERFECT. -- On-Site STAFF and CUSTOMER SERVICE have really improved. -- My rating was "2-Star", and I hope it will be "5-Star-Rating" Thank you!
