Shatto installed an HVAC system in our new home. Though there were delays beyond their control, they kept me updated, and arrived when they said they would. The service technicians were professional, fast, and friendly. Overall it was a pleasure working with Shatto Heating & Air, Inc. Thank you.

Okay, so I have to admit to you guys something. I've lived in Starke for almost four years now. During that time I've witnessed several friends who have had horrific experiences with local contractors to the point that they had to hire outside of town. It's made me so weary whenever I've needed to hire anyone for my house because I really haven't really had personal friends who could recommend anyone reliable. I hired Shatto Heating & Air, Inc. three weeks ago to fix my A/C unit because it hadn't been working in close to a year. We didn't need it so much because it was cold and we had heaters but I knew that with summer coming it would be brutal. I cannot tell you how much this family-owned company has restored my faith and cemented my security around hiring contractors who are good people, determined to find the problem and correct it, and willing to fairly work with you. If you want to feel absolutely safe that you've chosen a company that won't rip you off, overcharge or overestimate their estimates, it's definitely a priority that you give them a call. I couldn't be happier (or colder!) Shatto Heating & Air, Inc.

Prompt, courteous, cost competitive, and beyond professional. Thank you so much Tim and Kim...we appreciate what you did for us. Bill & Vickie One of our A/C units went out last September (2019), and after meeting with representatives from 6 different companies we decided to go with Shatto Heating and Air, Inc. Aside from the fact that they offered very competitive pricing and the owner (Tim) came out to meet with us, the thing that really sold us was the openness and honesty that we experienced from both Tim and his wife Kim. We decided to go ahead and replace both of our A/C units with Trane Heat Pumps (2 Ton & 4 Ton XL20v), Air Handlers, Line Sets, and Thermostats. The crew came out and had both units installed and operational within 1 day. Their work ethic, commitment to excellence, and willingness to put up with my expectations for perfection were beyond the norm. We had a couple of minor issues that arouse just after the install and Mr. Tim took care of them immediately, and personally. We’re 6 months post install and are very pleased with our decision, and our choice of installer. If you’re in the market for repair or new units, you owe it to yourself to reach out to Shatto and give them an opportunity to meet your needs. In our opinion, you won’t find a better company to work with or one that offers better products.
