My recent experience with Shattered Glass (SG) left much to be desired. While walking my dog in the Rino District today, I inadvertently overheard a conversation between two SG employees. One was stepping out of a branded SG truck, while the other emerged from a white truck, both adorned in SG attire. What I heard was deeply disappointing. I called Shattered Glass to see if they could come by to replace a 50 year old. Original single pane sliding glass door for me. They had somebody out to me within a couple days, measured everything, and came in around $500 cheaper than the next person. On top of it, they had the door that I needed in stock, and was able to have it installed in only a couple hours. The Shattered Glass team are awesome. Mike is an extremely knowledgeable guy with a lot of experience. He has done a phenomenal job at ensuring his customers get taken care of in a timely manner as Covid-19 really impacted the industry. I would highly recommend them as their prices are on point and their quality is top notch.
