They came to my house for a quote for several different items. I took the time off work to be here so they could come through my house and give me a quote. Then they never bothered following up with a price. I reached out twice and they said they would get back to me. Never did. Fine, you don’t want the jobs? At least be professional enough to say that.
Shattered glass installed a three sided glass shower unit. The materials arrived sooner than expected and installation was scheduled promptly. The installers were courteous and professional. It was apparent that they were being really intentional about closing our front door quietly and softly as they made their way in and out so as not to disturb while we worked in our nearby office.
