DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolute joke of an establishment! I Scheduled a procedure and called the day before to get the time the procedure was supposed to take place. TWO TIMES I CALLED AND THEY KEPT SAYING THEY'D CALL ME BACK AND THEY NEVER DID. The day my procedure was supposed to take place I called again and the lady said they had issues with an employee and that I wasn't actually even scheduled. WOW. One star is too much for this place. Edit: 7-21-25 4:30PM Dr. Shats called the prescription into my pharmacy himself to verify that they received it and to find out what happened. It turns out that the prescription pads that they use have a security feature that voids them if they are copied or faxed. The office was receiving confirmations from my pharmacy that they were getting a copy of the fax but because the prescription was marked void so the pharmacy wasn't filling it.
