There has been a different management company close to every 2 years, just TRYING to run this place. Basic maintenance takes up to 2 weeks to even get an answer, let alone get fixed. Holes in the ceiling from a leaky toilet (2years now) never get resolved. In the rental agreement, the stipulations for such problems are to wait it out..we are not allowed to withhold rent to get these things fixed ourselves.
