There has been a different management company close to every 2 years, just TRYING to run this place. Basic maintenance takes up to 2 weeks to even get an answer, let alone get fixed. Holes in the ceiling from a leaky toilet (2years now) never get resolved. In the rental agreement, the stipulations for such problems are to wait it out..we are not allowed to withhold rent to get these things fixed ourselves. Not a good place to live. My parents have lived here for about 20 years and have always minded there own. Recently they have noticed a gentleman going around the taking pictures of children. When they mentioned this to the apartment manager the response was that if they produced this then he (Travis) would kick them out. The guy going around and taking pictures is a registered sex offender. My parents have tried to call the person over Travis, Joanne.
