Shasta Sleep Services were super helpful to me. They answered all of my questions and made the process as simple as possible. They even shipped the equipment to the east coast where I was visiting family at the time that I wanted to do the sleep study. I highly recommend them.
Very professional and treated me as if they were family. Process to start was easy and painless. Kacie will for sure guide you through it all because at first my phone died when setting up, but she was very patient and picked right back up to finish setting up when I got my phone back up. They are always there when I have any questions, even on weekends! Plus I get to take the equipment home and test in my own bed I sleep in. Lacy is so nice and so helpful and has gone out of her way to meet me at the office several times after hours.
Everybody was so incredibly kind and made it effortless for me. Lacey was great and very patient answering my annoying questions. The equipment is very user friendly, nice and new. I highly recommend these kind and knowledgeable folks.
