I have been dealing with another company that has been absolutely horrible! I had my doctor send over my referral to Shasta Sleep Services and they called me the same day! They shipped the home sleep test the very next day. Then it was delivered the following day for me to do my home sleep test that night. It came with clear how to use instructions and you can scan the QR Code to watch a video on how to use. It came with an envelope to mail back the equipment. The test was easy to do, the instructions starting the test could be a little clearer, the return of the device very easy.
The staff is calm, professional, they were always patient with me, and there to answer all of my questions. It is a very cute little office. 10/10 would go back to them.
