Incredibly unprofessional staff and medical practice.I went in for a referral for a needed ** scan on September 16th. On the day of the appointment. ****** ******** confirmed that she would send in the order. She mentioned that Dignity Health Advanced Imaging (where the order would be sent) is currently understaffed and may have some delays in getting me scheduled.After waiting 3 weeks, I called Dignity Health Advanced Imaging to check on the status of my order and they had not yet received it from Shasta Primary Care.
