Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered a French dip for delivery and they forgot the au jus. Called in to ask for it to be brought and was told 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I called back as I didn't receive it, and they said they forgot, and would have it brought to me. They called back 10 minutes later and said they couldn't bring it. I asked for a refund and was told only the owner can do that, and he was too busy to take the call. Called back the next day and was told because no one documented anything, they can'... read more
