A huge THANK YOU to Shasta Lake Veterinary Clinic for being so wonderful during our time of sadness yesterday!!!! The staff were so compassionate and caring and the vet who was filling in while the regular vet was away was awesome!!!! I would highly recommend this place for your pets needs!!!
I love this veterinary office, they have all been most kind to my fur baby Loki ( 1yr old American Staffordshire) my 7yr old little girl and myself.. they have handled every situation and appointment with the utmost care and respect and ALWAYS explain things to me as thoroughly as possible and never leave me with unanswered questions. Dr Roache is a wonderful vet and it shows by the fact that my doggy just loves him and his entire staff :)

This vet has helped my family for many years. Dr. Roach and his team are helpful, caring and have walked me through many tough events in my babies lives. After reading these past reviews I personally feel that although you may have felt you were wronged, you may have missed the whole picture. Animals are living breathing beings. It's nearly impossible to give a detailed play out with a live animal. You wouldn't have this same reaction if it was your child at the doctors office. Based on the reviews of a mother of two children the same age as my own, I would never ever take my furry children to this vet. Ever. Shame on you....
It's VERY sad that they don't truly care about an animals wellbeing.
