I am visiting Redding from Out of Town. A piece of my hearing aid broke off. Molly called to try to find the exact part. When she was unable to find it, she asked me to come in. She saw me without an appt, and fixed my broken piece free of charge. I’d encourage anyone to try this place if you have the need. I recommend Molly for a raise for her great customer service. Thank you

I have had a very great experiences with the Shasta Hearing Aids over four years now, they are very professional and courteous.With the most up to the date equipment and training. Regular cleaning and batteries with a smile all the time and great staff working with Gabe.Thank you so much 😊

My hearing loss was evaluated by Shasta Hearing Aids in a very professional manner. The results were explained to me and recommendations made. The aids were fitted and adjusted to suit my hearing preferences, all the follow-up appointments for adjustments or cleaning have been made to accomodate my schedules. When one of my aids had a problem a loaner was given me until the repair was complete. Their staff is always professional as well as customer friendly. I began seeing the Shasta Hearing Aids team in 2020 for my hearing needs. I found Gabe and his associates to be very professional and friendly. I especially like that they take responsibility for my future needs, such as servicing, cleaning and batteries. I would recommend them to anyone in need.
