Placed an order with requested delivery on Christmas Eve preferably after 12pm. Called to make sure that would be ok. If not I could try to coordinate. They use an outsourced customer support service who just takes your info and says they'll call you back. No one returned my call. There is a gate around the addressee’s property. When you order theres a spot to put the contact info of the recipient. I ordered flowers to be delivered today for my sisters birthday. At 4:00 p.m. I learned the flowers had not been received. I called the flower shop 45 mins before closing time to inquire about the status of the delivery. No information was shared with me. I was told I would have to wait to receive a call back. Three hours later...and no call received. However I remained optimistic because about 15mins after closing, 1 hour after I had called, I received an email that informed me that the delivery occured! They did not deliver my order. They did not contact me to let me know there was a problem. I found out when I asked the person did they like their flowers! I could not get anyone on the phone at the florist, when I discovered they did not deliver the flowers accept a foreign accented answering service. I was told I would be called back which has not happened yet! This was a $100+ order for an arrangement! They deserve minus stars! I only placed a 1 star so I could get this review out there to warn others!
Sent my sister flowers for her birthday while she was at a hotel for a conference. They were more beautiful than pictured online & she loved them! Thank you!!!
