Never got flowers. Never got a call back. Ordered flowers in Mobile, you call to find a resolution, and you are treated by a call center in the Philippines. They never call you back and my $200 order for flowers was just $200 in their pocket because I got a confirmation email but no flowers to show. Terrible. Would love to find a way to get my money back.
Do not use this business. I placed an order two weeks ago for Mother's Day. It still has not been delivered, and I paid over $100. When I call the store, I get sent to a switchboard. The individual speaking tells me that they do not work at the shop, but they will have the shop call me back. I still have not received a call. No refund. No flower delivery. Just continuous avoidance and run around. Do not use this shop!
