Hands down THE WORST County Office only Tied with Lassen County IHSS!!! The workers don’t give a darn! Terrible attitudes! You can tell they Hate their jobs!! They do not care what you need they will always pass the job to the next person! Don’t get me started on the AWFUL phone trees they have!! No one answers the phone! I was helped by an extremely kind woman named Sarah. My case was a mess and she took time and helped me figure everything out. She answered every question I had with patience and grace. She worked hard to get my situation cleared up. I’m so grateful as these things can be extremely difficult to work out sometimes. Thank you Sarah!!!
Every time I call I can't get a hold of anyone. I've called several times within the last month. Went in person and dropped off stuff and talked to them and they said I had everything I needed. Now I'm being told I'm losing my benefits because I didn't turn that stuff in! I really don't feel like wasting my gas just to talk to someone again. Also, I've currently been on hold for 50 minutes with no sign of someone going to answer. This is worse than calling Covered CA.
Unreal! Been trying to contact them for a week and a half their phone system is broken it's ridiculous .. I can't get new health insurance because i have to disenroll with them how am i supposed to do that if i cant get through!!
