My surgery was cancelled 3 days ago. He left several messages for them to call me back because they need to reimburse my $600.00 dollars. Bad Custer service Won't use them again.

these people will not call you back, they don't acknowledge receipt of your correspondence, they only want to turn you into collections. it is futile to try to communicate with them

Boycott this place if you have any chance! I had 3 planned surgeries last year and on the last one I got a "surprise bill" for $2700. from this group of manipulators. They were "in network" for 2 of my surgeries but not the 3rd one. No one from this sleazy outfit thought I needed to know that. Thanks to Ca. Assembly Bill 72 this won't happen to anyone else. I had knee surgery in August 2016. I was told at the hospital that Shasta Anethesia Consultants was in network with my insurance company. After the surgery I got a form letter from them stating that they are not in network and that they will courtesy bill my insurance. They billed my insurance for 150% of what a different anasthesia service billed for the same thing the prior year.
