Very rude customer service when you rarely do get them on the phone
Who ever the lady answering the phone is very rude and unprofessional she said she couldn’t hear me talking but yet responding to me when I say something to her so can you hear me or not tf I feel I dodged a bullet
Whoever is in the front office answering is extremely rude and needs to be fired for how she talks to people. I was told I couldn't even bring my children to a viewing of a property. She went to detail about how kids have no rights or whatever it was. I'm not buying no property if my kids aren't comfortable with it. Worse first experience.
Very rude and disrespectful. I am not a child and I will not be talked to like I'm a child. Gives very much racist undertones.
