Editing my review. They've really tightened things up, and it's gotten better.
Dr bilal is our family Dr. Therefore them Receptionists treat us so badly and bias. When I reached there I saw inly 3 patients. I said I have appointment at 210. She got me and my husband name. When I ask that how many patients ahed of me. she said 3 patients. I said I need to call my husband also because he has appointments as well and he is busy some where, so are you sure we get our turn in 10-15 minutes? Fatima said yes sure and call him. Receptionist is so rude name is Fatima. When we ask that how many patients left before me. And she said 3 and I was waiting 1 hour. I said you told me 3 and you took 6 patients could you explain me why you took 6 and when I get my number? She was smiling. Then Dr called her for shakhane she didn’t say sorry even once instead of said I don’t have issues with indian. Dr is good but receptionist is….. I don’t have a word for her.
Dr Bilal is the best and the pharmacy is great also very fast and explain everything to you
