Booking is HELL here. While the owner is warm and the front desk staff is kind, scheduling IS A NIGHTMARE. I initially scheduled a full-body massage and paid online for a Saturday. When I got there, I was told the appointment was not in the system. The owner sat with me, listened, apologized, and gave me a free lymphatic massage. Once that was completed, I attempted to re-book the full-body massage. The front desk let me know that, right now, they only have 1 massage therapist and that scheduling would be for the next month.... read more
