I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a spa in my life! I've been coming here for the last year and my nurse that does my treatments is wonderful, but the owner is absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever met! I had a very disappointing experience at Shas Skin Care and Med Spa. The staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful from the moment I arrived. I actually arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, yet the owner later called me to apologize and then claimed their notes said I was 20 minutes late, which was completely untrue.
