We had a water leakage trouble. They came quick and solved the problem. It costed $300. They mistakenly charged double amount on my credit card, but it was solved in a few days. Overall, we are satisfied with their prompt service and will ask them again in the future.
The plumber came for one hour and charged $625! He identified a leak but did no work. I didn't check before I paid as I as I was working and never imagined the bill would be so high. When I called afterwards the woman answering the phone said it was their hourly rate. When I called again, she said it was their hourly rate in DC only, as their "trucks get broken into." Josh and Matt were absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable about the issue. We had no hot water and there was a problem with the tankless water heater. They came out and fixed it. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a reliable plumber.
