Very disappointing experience. The manicure and pedicure were done very poorly. My fingers were left with polish all around the sides of my nails, the pedicure cleanup was rushed, and the polish on my toenails was applied extremely thick and uneven. The nail color I chose appeared to be running out, which left my nails looking patchy and semi-transparent instead of the color I requested. I really like the pedicures Henry or Kevin usually help me I think they are nice and friendly they also do my manicures also. I’ve never really had any issues.

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience for me. No greeting or smiling face upon entering. The technician was rude, unfriendly. and kept looking at her cell phone with a look like she had been weaned on sour lemons. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. I was looking forward to the message chair because this is a relaxing time for me. She sat me in the message chair and started to do my nails from the side. Racist daughter walked in “Sofia” was her name. Claimed that she got beat in a school type of tournament by a “Hispanic” and the only way she’d be able to attend the meet was if her opponent passed away. Said the boba she was drinking from a Hispanic owned place was horrible and she wouldn’t support Hispanic businesses. All while several Hispanic women were getting their nails done.
