Traveled over 2 and a half hours to be greeted very nicely and they had exactly what I needed. Quick and easy
I recently called about a tailgate for my pick up and the woman who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. I told her my vehicle and she asked if I “had fenders” on my bed side. As I asked her what she meant she made a huff and hung up the phone with out saying anything. I then realized she was asking if I had a step side bed. So her incorrect terminology baffled me and caused her to take frustration out on the consumer. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend business with them!
