Service department Leslie and Brandon are really great! They work very hard and give great customer service
Service was quick and they kept me updated throughout the process. Only thing, if picking up your vehicle after 5:30, be sure to coordinate with service department to have your keys given to the sales team. Service closes at 5:30.
This is based on my experience with the service department. I have had some good and bad experiences, but communication is the worst. I have left multiple messages and still can't get anyone to call back half the time. Spoke to the service manager regarding the no callbacks and trying to get papers from my previous service. Was told that it would be, but I still have not received it. It has been over a week. Very unprofessional.
They always do a great job. They send you a video of the work they have done and their inspection of the vehicle. Their waiting room is top notch. Great customer service.
Parts department are open yet there phone lines are closed! Not good customer service at all!!!
