Customer service is shaky.
Sharrett sales and services always does a good job. I have been using them for my imports for years on things I can't do myself. The sales team is very knowledgeable about their product. My CPO Subaru is a fun toy, and I bring it back to Sharrett to maintain the warranty. The parts department people are awesome as well! Their auto body department is horrible. Kat was awesome! She really knows all about the cars. She was so helpful with walking us through all of the systems of the car that we purchased so that we knew how to operate everything before we left the dealership. I was stuck on a certain car before I went in and came out loving my new Mazda CX-5. Thank you Kat for all that you did!
