This is based on my experience with the service department. I have had some good and bad experiences, but communication is the worst. I have left multiple messages and still can't get anyone to call back half the time. Spoke to the service manager regarding the no callbacks and trying to get papers from my previous service. Was told that it would be, but I still have not received it. It has been over a week. Very unprofessional.
They always do a great job. They send you a video of the work they have done and their inspection of the vehicle. Their waiting room is top notch. Great customer service.
Parts department are open yet there phone lines are closed! Not good customer service at all!!!

Sharrett sales and services always does a good job. I have been using them for my imports for years on things I can't do myself. The sales team is very knowledgeable about their product. My CPO Subaru is a fun toy, and I bring it back to Sharrett to maintain the warranty. The parts department people are awesome as well! Their auto body department is horrible.
