Office Manager Sandy The office manager Sandy was so incredible rude to my family and I. We had just arrived from the Pittsburgh Airport, and had traveled across the country from California to visit my Grandfather, whom I have not seen in years. I did not know that visiting dogs were not allowed especially since dogs were allowed in the apartments.
