My name is Tameka Madison. I am so happy to have the Manger I have in Sharps Landing. She is so kind, caring, friendly, and pays attend to things that need to be taking care of. I really know that she cares for the people in the community.
Dishwasher was broke when I moved in, even after the saying everything was new, carpet was put in so cheaply there where nails not all the way hammered down underneath so you would have to be careful where you step,and it's so easy to find where cuts were made cause it comes up after just a month of regular walking on it, office wouldn't let you have people spend the night, they will give you a notice if they see anyone leave her place, accusing you of having them live with you when they in fact do not, and pretty pricey for... read more
My name is George and I reside in building 133. I have signed my 3rd year lease and in doing so a flash back of the day I first signed for the first year. Miss Tasha is who gave me the chance at starting this new beginning and chapter here at Sharp's Landing. I have been very happy and most of all safe here. Hey all! Currently live in sharps landing and my lease ends here soon (thank god). Posting as a PSA to NOT live here. From day one we’ve had problems with the apartment. Are washer and dryer are constantly breaking just to get replaced by a crappy used one and break a week later. Not to mention the contractors come up in your house with zero prior notice.
