We have bought 11 cars and trucks from Sharpknack Ford and wouldn't buy from anyone else. Their service is exceptional, picking up our car for service is great. What sold me as a lifetime customer was when the owner, personally got involved to make a situation right and even gave us his car as a loaner. You don't get customer service like that anymore.
