Denise Clausen was very responsive when communicating about an available vehicle and kind during our in-person visit today!
Called in to inquire about a vehicle. Denise answered and told me the vehicle was available. Told her I was and hour away. I arrived asked for Denise. She was working with a customer and I waited 20 minutes. She got done with the customer came over to tell me she just sold the vehicle I just inquired about. She could of went a whole better way around this and let me know she was in the middle of a deal on it and that she would call me to let me know if it sold or not. Highly dont recommend.
I love this place because they understood the assignment 😁 They listened, cared and got us EXACTLY what we were looking for on soo many levels. They was no pressure or trying to get us what we didn’t want. I will continue to go here and pass on to my family and friends. Although I did forget to get a picture of my brand new baby, because I was in shock of what I just purchased. Lol. You ALL did an AMAZING job!!! Thank you soooo sooo much. The Boswell’s
Best service department. Richard and team are always helpful...I could take to other dealerships closer for service but always bring my Ford Explorer to Sharpnack for their quality service and matching competitors discounts which is helpful in today's economy. Even though I didn't purchase my Explorer from this dealership, I'll defiantly be checking them out when it comes time to purchase a new one.
