Had Sharpnack Ford complete the works service on my vehicle to update my Drivesure requirements. Did an Awesome Job, and Service team went over all the results from the technicians report, with me. Great Job by All!
I purchased a 2021 F150 from this dealership out of state, and it had a significant software issue that required a part replacement. Chris McKenzie and his team went above and beyond to assist me. They fully covered the cost of the part replacement. I cannot express enough how excellent their customer service is. Thank you Chris!!
Denise Clausen was very responsive when communicating about an available vehicle and kind during our in-person visit today!
Called in to inquire about a vehicle. Denise answered and told me the vehicle was available. Told her I was and hour away. I arrived asked for Denise. She was working with a customer and I waited 20 minutes. She got done with the customer came over to tell me she just sold the vehicle I just inquired about. She could of went a whole better way around this and let me know she was in the middle of a deal on it and that she would call me to let me know if it sold or not. Highly dont recommend.
I love this place because they understood the assignment 😁 They listened, cared and got us EXACTLY what we were looking for on soo many levels. They was no pressure or trying to get us what we didn’t want. I will continue to go here and pass on to my family and friends.
