I am overwhelmingly happy here at the Sharpless. I love my apartment, and I am particularly impressed by management (Amy McCall), the leasing agents (Nancy and Val), and maintenance (Dave and Dan). The responses to my needs have been immediate, always polite, always kind. The complex inside and out is neat, clean, and beautiful. I have lived in several apartment communities, mostly high end, but none can compete with the quality of the Sharples. The Sharples is truly more than an apartment to me; it is my home.
Awesome place to live less than a 5min walk into town for all the bars and restaurants, good gym that isn’t too crowded highly recommend anyone to live here won’t be disappointed
I lived here for a year and it was an amazing experience! The staff is extremely accommodating and take care of everything in a timely and professional manner. One of the best places I’ve ever lived hands down.
Amy and her team are awesome to work with. They are always prompt in communication and truly care about their residents. If you are looking for a place to live in West Chester I highly recommend taking a look at Sharples Works!
Best place I’ve ever lived in Chester County. Sharples is unique, charming and the location is perfect! You’re walking distance from West Chester but still away from the noisy/bustling parts of town.
