awful experience with this company. beth is extremely unprofessional, rude and difficult to work with. in the middle of the season, she emailed that there would be a surcharge in costs due to increases in fuel, when my husband replied with questions, she immediately cancelled our contract and refused to get on a phone call to discuss anything further. im not upset that our contract was terminated because they did a lousy job cutting our lawn anyway but im in shock at how poorly this situation was handled.
