Pissed & feel Ripped Off They gave me an estimate of $12,000.00 to restore the body on my vehicle & add air conditioning... Was told the job would take 3 months... they kept my vehicle for 2-1/2 years where I had to remove it from them with a charge of $15,000. the vehicle was incomplete: no windows, no air conditioning, no wiring, no steering, no interior... just handed to me in boxes after 2-1/2 years held hostage in their shop. I had a problem with Gerber Auto in Palm Bay after I had an accident. The paint was on my wheels, and the trim on the door was already falling off. I paid extra at Gerber to get my airbag light to go out too. They took my money but didn't fix it. The work they did was terrible, so my nephew told me about Sharpes Body Shop and I wanted my car redone the right way. I am 75 years old. I drive a 2012 Nissan Cube. Mark and Lisa are the owners of this body shop that my son recommended I take my car to. I was given an estimate to replace my dented fender. I also asked them to detail the car for me inside and out. When I got the car back Monday as promised, the car looked brand new inside and out. No one can tell it was ever in an accident. I have no complaints at all. The work is absolutely perfection. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I routinely use this shop for my customers that need exact color match and difficult colors too that no one else can match. They beat the dealerships everytime, and the work is better. I write to say I've never been scammed, never been ripped off, always received the work exactly as estimated, and within 2 weeks.
