FAMILY MEMORIES SAVED!!!!! I recently had a problem with my PC. My family photos and videos were stored on that hard drive. The PC would not start at all, I was so worred that they were lost. The service at Sharpe Computers was exceptional, I was helped right away. In addition I was assured that every attempt would be made to recover my lost pictures. They were able to recver my lost memories and repaired my PC.
They helped us when we needed help Sharpe Computers helped me when no one would. We had two deaths in the family in the last four months. The funeral costs were just too much to take and then I lost my job. I needed a computer to look for work and the old one we had was full of viruses and this one really bad one called xp antispam or something like that. They recovered my notes I am going to RCC and taking online classes. I lost all of my notes from the whole semester. I thought they were gone forever, but Sharpe found them and also removed the virus that was hiding them from me.
Too Expensive I had a computer crisis and I took my computer to them and I couldn't believe what they charged me and it didn't even solve my computer problem. I was very disappointed in their prices. I ended up getting a new computer because I didn't want to chance taking it to someone else. This was my first time using a computer service and I'm not as trusting anymore after this experience.
Quick and Helpful My pc was working one day and all of a sudden it just froze. I called Sharpe and they had it back to me the same day. And Phil saved all my pictures and he even found wedding pictures that I had lost. They are the only place I will ever take my computer.
Completely Satisfied I had a pc problem where I could not get on the Internet. Mr. Sharpe came out and picked up my pc and had it back the next day. I had another problem that was due to switching a control and Mr. Sharpe came out at no charge and fixed it
