We had a not clear problem with furnace. Most of the time it worked, but it stopped working from time to time. It is hard to make proper diagnostic in such a condition. We used Sharpe advantage to replace our ac, furnace and water heater a few years ago. We had a couple of issues with things that were covered by warranty.
