i ordered a stihl cut off saw shroud from these guys and it not only took three months of me calling and them saying no still not in but when they finally got the shroud to me it was used and broken just like the one i was trying to replace i think the manager there is a pretty good guy but those employees actually had canceled my order at one point and neglected to call and tell me im not sure what they were thinking but i will tell you this its the last time im going to use the sharp shop
