Five star plus, the management team is great, but I would also like to give credit for the men that actually worked on the roof. They too were exceptional. They worked through extreme heat and kept smiling all the time. Cleanup was exceptional, they must’ve went around the house Three or four times with a magnet, making sure there was no debris or nails left in our lawn and landscaping. I would definitely use them again in 30 years.
The Sharp Roofing team did a great job on our roofing replacement project. Wil's crew did a great job on our new roof for our 105-years young house in Holland, which included fixing multiple issues before installing new decking for the new roofing. The project took 3 days with Wil's crew working diligently each day and cleaning up each night. And we really appreciated working with our sales guy, Mike, who was with us throughout the entire process. If you think you need roofing, call Sharp.
Sharp does an amazing job from start to finish. Nate did a great job organizing our siding project. The sharp team are great communicators and very organized. They are using the latest technology when bidding jobs and showed us different color schemes/materials in a 3D model. We are very pleased with the finished product and all for a reasonable price (3 quotes pulled).
Left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite being “old friends “ with my husband was not helpful or responsive when reached out with concerns about things not done properly when roofing work done. Crew took out chimney and was supposed to put a vent in its place and never did had to get them to come back to put it in. They removed the vent that stretched across from bathroom into garage and instead of taking it out with them they left it in the attic.
