After hours voicemail does not work - Tried to call the line after hours to reschedule appointment. The phone line instructed me to press 1 to leave a detailed voicemail message. The phone rings and rings and does not connect to voicemail. Then it eventually hangs up. Not helpful. I will try to call Monday at 8am. There is also no way to message them on follow my health. Very inefficient system
The scheduling line is horrible. Held twice for 15 min each time just to get hung up on. Why is it so hard to get scheduled? UPDATE: After receiving a phone call to discuss the occurrence, I was satisfied with Sharp wanting to improve the experience.
Coming from a doctor that is not in the Sharp Rees-Stealy system and trying to get an appointment here has been so unnecessarily difficult. I have talked to so many people that have each repeatedly asked for the same information, no one knows who is working on getting me an appointment, and worst of all it has been a 3 week period of just trying to get an MRI appointment. I do not recommend trying to get an imaging appointment without being referred by a Sharp Rees-Stealy doctor.
