Had a great experience at this location. The facility was incredibly clean, and the service was quick—I was in and out in no time. They even offered snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch. Definitely a 5-star visit!
Staff are always so kind and knowledgeable. The front desk is friendly and communicative and I can’t express enough how wonderful the nurses are.
Their whole team is excellent. From the admin staff, to the nurse, to the techs, and the Drs. They all have genuine positive attitudes and are good peoples.

Going to urgent care at SRS Otay Ranch was almost like being at a 5 star resort. Every medical staff member I encountered provided friendly, top-notch, quality service; from the front counter check-in to triage, x-rays and the AMAZING doctor. And, the new facility is beautiful!
