When I looked at my past appointments in my app, I discovered that the Lab claimed that I missed an appointment on October 2nd. Not only is this not true, I showed up earlier than anticipated. When I spoke with Jeff, the lab scheduler, about the issue, he said the medical office was unable to fix the problem. He also failed to check with anyone else about if the problem could be fixed, placing the blame of their documentation problems onto me, the patient and the client. Great medical group. The physicians and staff are excellent.
Had a pediatric apt @3:25pm,arrived around 2:55 as I am new to this pediatrician for my two young children brought back around 3:10,waited 1hr ,intercepted by male who did not introduce him self to me and he asked me if i was the parent of my children ,I replied yes,I said i would like to wait in lobby he said what did i need from lobby,I explained I have been waiting for a long time then i assumed he was the doctor and asked if he was going to take longer as it was 4pm and no one has given me a curtosy notice he was running... read more
The radiology lab section personel are cheerful and helpful. The ultrasound tech is nice and put up with my questions and dumb jokes.
