We loved our pool even though they messed up and gave us a 5ft deep end when it should’ve been 6. But they gave a small credit for their mistake, ok fine. However they don’t honor their one year warranty. We had several pavers sinking and one cracked, I was told twice they would be out to fix them. They never showed , just dropped of replacement pavers near the pump without even letting me know they were there.We just noticed them one day. My husband fixed the pavers himself. Saved our family from disaster. We had a different pool company begin our project and leave us high and dry. No refund and no pool. If it weren't for Sharp Pools, who knows where we'd be today. They met with us, assessed our project, kept our budget in mind and helped us get the pool to the finish line. We are truly thankful for their assistance and would recommend them to anyone wanting a pool built.
