I've been seeing Dr Kaitlyn Parratt for many years - she has been the key to better migraine management for me. She is holistic, genuine, compassionate, very knowledgeable and just an amazing human. She has guided me through the ups and downs, and is always on top of new treatments out there. When things aren't working, she always has another plan of attack. I feel so comfortable and safe in her hands, so very grateful to have come into her care - highly recommend
I have been attending this practice for several years now. After trying multiple Neurologists to get on top of my neurological challenges, I found Katelyn - she took time to understand my symptoms, and committed to help me get my life back. TL;DR: Incompetent, rude and dismissive. We will be contacting the HCCC. Do not under any circumstances use this clinic's services, especially not Dr. Carrie Hurelbrink. My partner has been experiencing extreme and intermittent bursts of pain and motor/simple verbal tics among other symptoms for the last 4 years, and his GP recommended he see a neurologist . Corporate thugs. As a loyal client of 3 plus years and spending thousands of dollars on botox & bruxism i'm disappointed that it has come to this. I was genuinely sick with two issues on a given day, waking up in the middle of the night. Instead of being heard, it was simply a cash extraction, not only did they not pick up my call or return my call prior to the appointment they had the audacity to automatically charge me $150 + $3 without my consent and then making up terms and conditions as they go.
