I have been attending this practice for several years now. After trying multiple Neurologists to get on top of my neurological challenges, I found Katelyn - she took time to understand my symptoms, and committed to help me get my life back. TL;DR: Incompetent, rude and dismissive. We will be contacting the HCCC. Do not under any circumstances use this clinic's services, especially not Dr. Carrie Hurelbrink. My partner has been experiencing extreme and intermittent bursts of pain and motor/simple verbal tics among other symptoms for the last 4 years, and his GP recommended he see a neurologist . Corporate thugs. As a loyal client of 3 plus years and spending thousands of dollars on botox & bruxism i'm disappointed that it has come to this. I was genuinely sick with two issues on a given day, waking up in the middle of the night. Instead of being heard, it was simply a cash extraction, not only did they not pick up my call or return my call prior to the appointment they had the audacity to automatically charge me $150 + $3 without my consent and then making up terms and conditions as they go. I can't recommend Dr. Sophie Chatterton enough. She’s incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and thanks to her, I’ve been able to overcome debilitating migraines. Every time I leave her office, I feel reassured and truly cared for. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely listens and treats patients with empathy, see Dr. Chatterton!
