I’ve had a mixed experience at Sharp Neurology, but overall the care from the doctors has been excellent. Both Stephanie Barnes and Sophie Wallen are wonderful doctors who genuinely care about their patients. Sophie is consistently on time, incredibly compassionate, and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She makes you feel heard and supported at every visit. Worst reception service I have ever experienced. It took more than a week just to get a booking, and the appointment time was changed three times. The worst part was arriving today only to be told they could not even find the appointment in the system. This level of organisation is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The reception and booking process is clearly not managed properly. If you want to see a doctor here, I would strongly suggest avoiding the reception booking process or considering another clinic altogether... read more
Not only is Dr Dayna Griffiths an exceptional neurologist, she’s also a compassionate and caring human. She has personally called me multiple times to check on my wellbeing and to make sure referrals and appointments were in place. She genuinely listens and takes concerns seriously, I feel very supported under her care and highly recommend her.
If you have a neurological condition, you go to Sharp Neurology. It’s that simple. Dr John Parratt is a well regarded Neurologist for a reason. Can’t say enough good things.
Dr Sophie Chatterton is a wonderful neurologist, after years of searching for answers she was able to give me a diagnosis and options for treatment. She is knowledgable, thorough, kind and understanding. I am so beyond blessed to have found such a caring specialist who actually listens and I HIGHLY recommend her. My rating for her is an absolute 10/10!
