Imagine being threatened multiple times to be kicked out of program . Being told that family sessions are optional. Then one day you get called and threatened to be removed from program for a 5th time if you don’t hold a family session with exactly your parents. Most people would get frustrated to say the least. Show that frustration and boom kicked out of program. They don’t care to help people. They are not open to discussion and are constantly changing the rules of the program.

Please think carefully before going here. They LIED in my medical records and I wouldn’t have found out about it if they hadn’t had changed their charting system during my treatment. I did not seek help for ED, I was seeking treatment for psych, looking for CBT and DBT but because I had been on a diet in the past and bc I had a couple binge issues in response of poor coping of stress they convinced me this was the program I needed. If you want to get treated incompetently, belittled , road railed , and spoken to in a manner that is unprofessional come here for sure. Or if you want worsening depression , definitely come here. Dr Santangelo is the worst psychologist I’ve ever met and she is condescending in every way humanly possible. She needs work on empathy instead of treating patients like a subject or something to be fixed.
